What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

If you would like to receive more information about a service via the website, we will collect and process the following personal data – your name and email address. Inquiries can be submitted by filling out the relevant contact form or by sending an email to the addresses provided on the website. We also use the data about the company obtained from the credit information request to prepare the offer.

The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract concluded with the data subject or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).

Website browsing statistics

When visiting websites, non-personal technical data is collected about the visitor.

Technical data is limited to the Internet address (IP address) of the computer or computer network being used, the software version of the computer's web browser and operating system, the time (time, date, year) and location of the visit. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We use the automated tool Google Analytics to collect the above-mentioned data. If you do not wish to have this data transmitted about you, you can opt out of Google Analytics collecting your data at any time.
